My favorite property in Florence. Newly renovated hotel. Hard-working staff from the receptionist to waiters, everything was superb. Top and the best location, steps away from a l-shaped square. Found in the fabulous area so close to the major attractions in Florence.

Everything was simply superb. Had 3 days in Florence, spending our time here lovely. The breakfast had a lot of food and it was good quality. The staff members were hard-working and very responsive. The private parking was nearby, efficient service.

The room with the panoramic view was perfect. Enjoyed both jacuzzi's, especially the one on the terrace looking at the duomo! Very spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Friendly personnel.
It was difficult to find by car due to lack of GPS signals...

The room is air conditioned. The staff is hard-working and well-trained. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring museums and historical buildings. It is located within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The lobby bar serves non-alcoholic drinks. Excellent service and amazing food.

The location was fantastic. 100 yards from the Duomo and all the other museums are well within walking distance. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfast is very good and the room we had was ideal and very clean.
The only small critism I have with the hotel was that our room was on the 4th floor and we had a constant noise above us which we did not notice the first night as we arrived late and went straight to sleep after a long hard day travelling with a 5 hour delay. The noise seemed to be an engine or pump working above us somewhere. We did not complain or ask to be moved because the room was fantastic and the noise could be more or less eradicated using ear plugs. But it may upset some people

Great location right in the heart of Florence with the Duomo seconds away.Very quiet considering the location. The reception manager Stefano was excellent...great customer service.
Hotel does not have an iron in the room so bring your own travel iron to avoid paying 5 euros per item for in-house ironing service!

The room was big and had a modern feel, plus a comfy king size bed that I absolutely loved. Being just a short 4-6 minute walk away from an old cathedral was really awesome. 🏰

I stayed at the Hotel Brunelleschi about 15 years ago and remembered that the location was excellent because we could step out the door and be in the heart of Florence yet the hotel is tucked away in a quiet street. This time (Nov 2010) once again I was happy with the accomodations as the hotel has and is in the process of up-grading the rooms and the restaurant. Our room was fabulous and so up-dated we did not want to leave the room.
Since the hotel is maybe two buildings and an old jail tower it was somewhat confusing to find our way around, but that only lasted a day. But that also added to the charm of the old and the new.

Restaurant Santa Elisabetta was excellent. Must try! Perfect location in the city centre for sight seeing & shopping. Silent.
do not take room in the last (4th) floor. You hear constant noice from air condition on top of the house.

I was a single traveller staying at the hotel Brunelleschi and the staff were outstanding in every way. The location just behind the Duomo has to be one of the best in Florence this hotel li eds up to one's expectations.

The rooms are huge and a nice size here with a chilled bottle of Prosecco waiting, a nice view, for instance. The location is super central, walk from a museum and historical buildings.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
